ABOUT OUR JEWELRY
Our jewelry is crafted from carefully selected materials. All our chains are made of brass with either a silver or gold plating, and are guaranteed nickel-free. Our gemstones are natural and unique, carefully sourced from around the world. Our jewelleries are assembled by hand in our Parisian studio.
All our stones are natural, unprocessed, and sourced from partners committed to responsible sourcing. Each stone is chosen individually for its unique beauty and exceptional nuances, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Because they are natural, they may feature slight textures or irregularities, which are evidence of their natural origin. These characteristics are part of their appeal and simply require gentle handling, avoiding shocks or drops to preserve their beauty over time.
No. Each natural stone is unique: its hues, patterns, and relief naturally vary. No two are ever exactly alike, this is the very foundation of Monolithe Studios: minerals that are unique by nature.
The photographs on our website illustrate the stone’s typology and the possible variations. The stone you receive will therefore be similar in nature and quality, but never strictly identical to the one shown in the image.
The Cabochon Skin Stone collection can be personalised with the addition of a medal to engrave, placed on the back of the stone. Available in silver or gold, depending on the tone of the clasp, this detail transforms each creation into a unique and singular piece. The engraving allows for three lines, with a choice of two typefaces, and up to 9 characters per line, in lowercase and/or uppercase letters. The text is entirely free: a first name, zodiac sign, stone name, date or virtue… (no emojis or special characters). Should the personalised piece not meet expectations, it may be returned and refunded; however, the cost of the engraved medal will remain chargeable.
Please note: the Fragment Skin Stone collection does not offer a personalisation option.
Our necklaces are available in two standard lengths: 45 cm and 50 cm.
The 45 cm length sits closer to the neck, just below the collarbone, for a modern look. The 50 cm length offers a slightly longer drape, ideal for a more elongated silhouette or for those who prefer a looser fit. The choice depends on your morphology, build, and the desired overall look. To help you select the right length: cut a piece of string to the desired necklace length and place it around your neck to visualize how it falls. Also consider the volume and shape of the pendant for a harmonious result.

CARE & DURABILITY
To help maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend the following:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and any chemical products.
- Natural stones can be sensitive to shocks, scratches, and cracks. Handle your jewelry with care and store it in its box when not worn.
- Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a lightly dampened cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Our jewelry is not designed to be worn in contact with water. Although the finishes are applied with great care, repeated exposure to humidity, such as in the shower, the sea, or the pool, may alter their shine and accelerate wear. To preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing it before any prolonged contact with water and storing it away from humidity.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify Payments for a simple and secure checkout. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted to ensure a safe shopping experience.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS-compliant and fully encrypted solution that ensures the confidentiality of your data. Your payment information is never stored or accessible to our store.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@monolithestudios.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer able to intervene.
SHIPPING
The average delivery time is 5 to 6 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
We currently ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Poland and Austria.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link provided by email and the delivery address entered at checkout. If the parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at contact@monolithestudios.com so we can look into it for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This allows you to check your items and send back anything that does not suit you.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at contact@monolithestudios.com. We will provide all necessary instructions. To be accepted, returned items must:
- be unworn,
- be intact and in their original packaging (pouch and box),
- include their certificate of authenticity.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
For logistical reasons, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If an item doesn’t suit you, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the piece you prefer.

Each piece is carefully packaged in a pouch and box, ready to be offered or kept safely.
Every order comes with a shopping bag, perfect for gifting your jewelry.

We do not have a physical store at the moment. To be informed about upcoming private sales, pop-up stores, or future openings, consider subscribing to our newsletter to receive updates first.
If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@monolithestudios.com, including photos, so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
