Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERIES

Each order is carefully prepared and checked in our workshop, then shipped via Mondial Relay, to a pick-up point or to your home, depending on your choice at the time of ordering.

Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase.

We deliver to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Austria.

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 6 business days. A confirmation email and tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

RETURNS

We do everything we can to ensure that your experience meets our quality standards and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order.

However, if your jewelry does not fully meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning any items, please contact us by email at contact@monolithestudios.com. We will then send you all the information you need to return your order in the best possible conditions.

For the return to be accepted, the jewelry must:
- not have been worn,
- be intact and in its original packaging (pouch and box),
- be accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will proceed with the refund according to the initial payment method as soon as possible.
